Although we have a lot of hair systems in stock, we know it may not be able to meet everyone's needs. That's why toupeec also offers custom ordering. What many people don't know is that this process can be very long, very long, and requires appropriate details. In general, we recommend that you try one of our inventory systems before continuing with custom orders. First, the custom order is the final sale, while the second order takes about eight to nine weeks to process. Therefore, if the details are not correct, the machine will not return as you expect. Sample:

Samples of the basic design are required only if there is no basic design in our stock hair systems or we do not know the details of the required basic design. You can send the sample unit of the design to us, or write down the design materials on the template.

Size samples are only required if your head profile does not fit any standard size. We can use sample units or templates to determine the size. Usually, a flatter head or deeper outline requires these. If you've used any of our hair systems and have a good profile, we just need to measure. Color samples. If you don't have any color for your stock, you can send us color samples to match. The sample should have at least 50 hairs of 2 inches in length. In this way, we can have a good understanding of the whole color of the device. For grayscale percentage, you can also include the percentage in the color sample, and the factory will match the grayscale percentage with the color of the color sample.

You can also send us sample units to match colors, but please remember that it is very likely that the sample units you receive have faded when we receive them. Therefore, we will match the existing color of the sample unit.

Wavy or curly samples. Curling is a very difficult thing. In toupeec, we don't guarantee curling after 30mm. Therefore, we always recommend that you sample the waveform. The best sample provided is the actual unit with the required curl or curl ring curl. However, if you can't provide crimp samples, you can check our waveform comparison table.

Density samples are only required if you want us to match sample units. The sample with the best density is only one sample unit. If you have a density map, the factory will match the density, but again, it is only based on the ring and does not provide the overall appearance of the device.

You can also use sample units to match hairstyle, hair texture and hair length, although this is not required. These details can be provided on the order form.
