2. How long is shipping time? 

 
Shipping time varies. 
processing time: 1-3 business days. 
shipping time: 3-5 business days. (this does not include potential custom clearance delays, weekends, public holiday and any unforeseeable circumstances.) 

 

3. How do I change the shipping method? 

 
Technically you can not modify an order once you paid. Please contact us at service@toupee.com  if the order is still in early processing stage, we may still be able to change the shipping method for you. 

 

4. Will there be a tracking number?

 
 
There will be a tracking number for your order. Once your order was shipped, we will send you the tracking instructions to your email address on file.  The tracking number might not be trackable initially. Contact us if your tracking shows no update after 3 days.  Our email is service@toupee.com We will double check for you and make sure the tracking number is correct.
